Description

A distinctive Panettone made with late-season mandarins from Ciaculli and Mananara vanilla from Madagascar. Fragrant, citrus-led and richly aromatic, it brings together two Slow Food Presidium ingredients in a Panettone designed for the festive season.

72 hours of craftsmanship

The character of this Panettone begins with late-season mandarins from Ciaculli, a Slow Food Presidium ingredient used by Loison since 2005. The mandarins are sourced directly from the Slow Food Consortium, with the fruit peel candied to specific production guidelines before being incorporated into the Panettone.

Flavour Profile

Intensely fragrant mandarin is balanced by the distinctive aroma of Mananara vanilla from Madagascar, another Slow Food Presidium ingredient. The result is a bright, aromatic Panettone with citrus notes and a soft vanilla sweetness.
