Can I return a bottle?

If the wine you receive has a defect (such as a faulty cork), you can send the bottle back and we will refund you in full. Contact us at and we can arrange this for you.

What if a bottle breaks on its way to my home?

If a bottle should break during transport, we will make all the necessary arrangements to recover the item and send a replacement. If you detect any sign of wetness on the packaging or suspect that any of the bottles may have broken, do not accept delivery and contact us so that we can look into the incident.

Is there a price list for trade customers?

If you are in the restaurant trade please contact us, let us know which wines and the number of bottles you would like to buy, and the delivery address, and we will send you a quotation with our best prices.
