Minute and persistent, almost creamy perlage. Pale straw yellow with green reflections. On the nose, Ribolla Gialla Puro expresses floral notes, hints of walnut, peach, ripe fruit, and a light hint of vanilla. The flavour is enveloping and complex, with hints of vanilla.
Our Ribolla Gialla vineyards are located in Sequals, in the province of Pordenone. The stony soil, altitude of 230 meters above sea level, and temperature ranges provide ideal conditions for the Ribolla Gialla grapes to ripen with a rich aromatic profile.
History and enthusiasm. It encompasses three generations—Antonio, Giuseppe, and Paolo Bergamo—and a passion for quality wine. Bervini comes from here, from this union between our family history and the enthusiasm with which we make wine. Since 1955, we have dedicated ourselves to growing grapes and producing pleasant, inviting, and elegant wines and sparkling wines. Wines and sparkling wines that perfectly express our love for quality. Since the 1990s, we have cultivated our vineyards organically. A choice born of respect for nature and people. A project we are constantly improving, to offer wines that stand out.
OUR HOUSE.
This ancient spinning mill, about 70 kilometres from Venice, has become our place of the soul. Here we feel that our work absorbs the positivity of spaces, to transform nature into something beautiful, good. Of precious.
In Sequels, in the province of Pordenone, there is the D.O.C. area of Grave del Friuli, a stony soil perfect for the production of whites and sparkling wines. And right here Paolo Bergamo biologically cultivates the vines from which the Puro line is born, the flagship of the Bervini production. Wines that have in them the enthusiasm and passion of those who love their land and their work.
PLEASED TO MEET YOU, I AM PAOLO. MY WINES TELL ME.
I give them the word, always. Because I think they know how to tell better than me the passion and love with which I produce them. I grew up in the middle of the vineyards, I naturally chose organic farming. And every time I walk between the rows I feel like I've made the right choice. Because I know that the nature around me will give more value to my wines.
