2021 Perusini Chardonnay 0,75lt
The 2021 Perusini Chardonnay is a brilliant pale lemon yellow wine with a warm aroma of white peach, banana, and mango, complemented by a mineral scent. It is full-bodied and fruity on the palate, with a fragrant profile and a long, subtle finish due to its minerality. Perusini wine is crafted exclusively from grapes grown in its own vineyard, terraced on loam rock known as Ponca in Friuli, with closely planted vines following strict criteria. The estate has been recognized by Luigi Veronelli in “I vignaioli storici” as one of the top 50 historic wine-growers. Today, it is managed by Teresa, the daughter of Giampaolo, alongside her husband Giacomo de Pace and their three sons.
