Gioele is the second son of the Sparapani family, for him we chose the exuberance and importance of the red vine, the Montepulciano. Produced only in exceptional vintages, with a careful selection of the best grapes, vinified in purity and with the use of noble French woods, we obtain this wine of great structure. Intense ruby red colour with purple reflections, fruity scent of ripe red fruit jam, made elegant by a delicate floral feel of violets, with a fine vanilla and spicy note of black pepper and cloves. Voluminous round mouth with a velvety and austere tannic closure, an exuberant, dense and deep wine.
The family is the strongest bond, capable of keeping individuals together, passing on common values, building groups aimed at achieving shared results for the good of all. This great strength is the basis of the history of the Sparapani family, of the absolute and passionate dedication to its places and the excellence of its wines.
Winery work is a work of skills, customs, exchanges, experimentation, confrontation, challenge, perseverance, trust and above all passion. The grapes enter the cellar only when they have reached the ideal state of ripeness for each type of winemaking. In fact, only the best bunches become part of a game that is made up of tradition and experience in managing the processing and waiting phases.
Only through these means and processes the teamwork that characterises us allows us to obtain the most prestigious results from our grapes, whether it is the actual winemaking, the choice of times in the various phases, or the ageing of the most structured wines.
