Grappa di Barolo 'Baribbio" Riserva Marco Bonfante Boxed
The Bonfante family has been crafting wines in Nizza Monferrato, Piedmont, for eight generations, specializing in Barbera d'Asti since the area received the "Nizza DOCG" designation in 2014. The Marco Bonfante winery was established in 2000 by siblings Micaela and Marco Bonfante after their father's passing. This family-run winery focuses on producing elegant wines with structure, fruit, harmony, and complexity. Marco, an Alba Oenological School graduate, oversees production with the help of a consulting oenologist and agronomist. Grapes are carefully selected during harvest and processed separately to achieve balance in the final wines. Key red grape varieties include Nebbiolo, Barbera, Albarossa, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Brachetto, with aging in wood designed to enhance the wine's structure without overpowering it.
