Daje Tempo, this wine wants to be a look at the traditional winemaking techniques that were realised in the past, revised with current oenological knowledge.

The maceration on the skins gives a golden yellow colour, aromas of aromatic herbs and a palate full of notes of peach, ripe apricot and an aftertaste of dried fruit.

The name refers to "that ancient custom", now almost lost in the present days, not to be in a hurry, to know how to wait, to be patient, to take your time and to give it to others. Wine like us needs time to grow, mature and give the best of itself. 

 The 12 hectares of Verdicchio grape variety owned by do the rest. Verdicchio has a white berry and is grown exclusively in the Marche region, with Cupramontana as the capital. It is a generous, versatile grape variety, capable of producing, vinified in purity, both fresh wines and very structured wines capable of remarkable longevity.

Pairing Suggestions: Structured fish and white meat dishes, medium and long cheeses seasoning.

Maturation: 24 Months oak barrel, 12 months in bottle.
