Bright lemon in colour, the nose is full of stone and citrus fruits, delicate notes of vanilla in the end. On the palate it is soft, pleasantly warm, savoury and persistent. Round body and a long finish.

The Massimo Leone Cellars are located in the centre of the Tavolieri delle Puglie, where in ancient times stood the Dauna city of "Arpi" founded by Diomedes king of Etolia. Arpi was a rich and thriving city dating back to 1182 B.C., one of the most important in Magna Grecia. There are numerous historical testimonies found in the area, one above all the Hypogeum of Ganymede (Greek God) located near the estate of Massimo Leone.

Pairing Suggestions: Ideal for happy hours and starters. It pairs well with fish dishes as lobster, crayfish and prawns.

Maturation: Vinification is in stainless steel, with fermentation at a controlled temperature.
