2019 Il Carpino Malvasia 0,75lt
The colour is lively brilliant yellow. The aroma is vinous, with a bouquet that expresses the grapes typical primary aroma with hints of green pepper. The flavour is dry but not harsh with a chewy toffee apple element and tangy finish. Excellent aging potential.
Located in San Floriano del Collio, a village on the border with the neighbouring country of Slovenia, one with a soil which is particularly suited to the cultivation of the vine. The family-style operation of our estate, something we are extremely proud of, allows us to control each and every phase of the winemaking cycle from the fermentation to the marketing of the wines. We consider ourselves cultivators of the soil and this, at this particular moment in time, is a heavy responsibility in that we must be interpreters of the essence of our territory and, at the same time, its custodians.
