Rocca di Frassinello’s Vermentino is a full, round and well balanced wine, rich in mineral flavours. The nose has a delicate hint of white flowers, with citrus notes that give the wine great freshness. It has a balanced taste, well-supported by its acidity and mineral component that give it sapidity and persistence.

The company was born of a joint venture between Castellare di Castellina and Domains Baron de Rothschild-Lafite, the most famous chateau in the world. The Baffonero vineyard lies below the winery designed by Renzo Piano, on terrain with perfect exposure.
