The 2016 Miklus Methodo Classico Pas Dosé is deep straw yellow colour with golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage. On the nose hydrocarbon puffs, notes of chamomile and lime, flint, fruity notes of white peach, litchi, elderberry, quince. Enveloping and full sip, soft and mineral, savoury and persistent. The vineyard was established in the early 1900s by Ivan Miklus and his son Franz, who dedicated themselves to grape cultivation. In 1992, they began commercial wine production under the Draga label, and later, Milan Miklus and his wife Anna introduced wines under their family name. In 2006, they started producing wines with long maceration.
