The grapes of this wine can be left to dry in the grape drying facility called “fruttaio” for a short period, then they are pressed.

It is a wine created by the new generation, and owes its name to its creators Tiliana Giordano Lorenzo). The production is very accurate in all its phases from the work in the vineyard to the one in the cellar to allow the search for continuous quality improvement. We are a family winery.

We are located in a small village called Cengia from the name of the nearby rocks on the top of the hill. Cengia is located in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica in San Pietro in Cariano, halfway between the city of Verona and Garda Lake.
