This rare extra virgin olive oil comes from Veneto, the trees of the Grignano variety grow around Fittà near Soave.

The fruit for this pure and certified organic olive oil is hand-picked and gently cold-pressed. It flows out of the bottle in a rich, golden yellow colour with light green reflections.

The nose is delicately fruity and very fragrant, with notes of lemon leaves and white flowers. On the palate, it has a slight sharpness and the pleasant flavour of almonds and citrus fruits. 

Pairing Suggestions: Warm bread and salt, seafood salad, grilled fish with herbs, salad.

Maturation: HARVESTING AND GRINDING: Manual harvesting, cold mechanical grinding by local oil mill.
