2023 Pasetti Passerina Testarossa 0,75lt
The 2023 Pasetti Passerina Testarossa is a standout wine from the prestigious Testarossa line, reflecting Pasetti's commitment to tradition and family heritage. This Passerina Terre Aquilane IGP is a bright greenish wine with floral aromas of broom and fruity notes of green apple. It has a slight effervescence, offering a fresh, mineral, and salty taste, with an elegant herbaceous aftertaste. Grown in the Capestrano area of Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, the vineyards benefit from significant day-night temperature variations, preserving acidity and enhancing aroma synthesis. The sandy and pebbly soil contributes to the wine's minerality. With a rich history spanning five generations, the Pasetti Winery has evolved since the Bourbon era, gaining recognition for its quality wines. Today, under the leadership of Mimmo Pasetti and his three sons, the winery continues to thrive, producing exquisite wines like the Testarossa, which celebrates the beauty of red-haired women in the Pasetti family.
