From the birth of Cloe Sparapani, firstborn of the third generation of the Sparapani family, comes the inspiration for a new great Verdicchio, obtained from the best grapes and the choice of fine woods for its protracted period of ageing.
Straw yellow colour with bright golden reflections, seductive spicy and balsamic aromas of essential oils, dried fruit, candied citrus fruits and a delicate vanilla.
In the mouth particularly exuberant and elegant, full and powerful with extraordinary softness to close with a delicate tannin that elevates its austerity.
The family is the strongest bond, capable of keeping individuals together, passing on common values, building groups aimed at achieving shared results for the good of all. This great strength is the basis of the history of the Sparapani family, of the absolute and passionate dedication to its places and the excellence of its wines.
Winery work is a work of skills, customs, exchanges, experimentation, confrontation, challenge, perseverance, trust and above all passion. The grapes enter the cellar only when they have reached the ideal state of ripeness for each type of winemaking. In fact, only the best bunches become part of a game that is made up of tradition and experience in managing the processing and waiting phases.
Only through these means and processes the teamwork that characterises us allows us to obtain the most prestigious results from our grapes, whether it is the actual winemaking, the choice of times in the various phases, or the ageing of the most structured wines.
Pairing Suggestions: All fish-based dishes since it is a wine that respects the delicacy of the fish's flesh and its salinity. It goes also very well with vegetable and truffle risottos.
