2020 Scarbolo My Time 0,75 lt
The 2020 My Time is sweetly seductive, with pretty white flowers and almond paste giving way to baked apples and pears. It’s silky with near-glycerol textures, yet also a contrasting mix of saline-minerals and candied lime that enlivens the experience, just as notes of apricot and inner florals form toward the close. This finishes lightly structured and perfumed, with residual tension tugging at the checks offset by a nuanced inner sweetness. The 2020 is a real charmer with a balance of contrasts that never tires.
My Time is a wine that honours the wisdom of Nature and reflects its rhythms. This blend of three grape varieties is crafted with care, showcasing a unique character. Scarbolo is a family-owned winery in the Friuli region of northern Italy, established in 1960 by Gino Scarbolo. With four generations dedicated to advancing winemaking, Scarbolo follows the “SQNPI” integrated farming protocol, emphasizing environmental sustainability and the health of the grapes. This commitment results in high-quality wines that are made with respect for nature.
