2023 Zaglia Pinot Grigio 0,75 lt
A refined white from the northeastern Italian region of Friuli, this wine opens with a soft straw‑yellow hue edged in gold. On the nose you’ll find elegant aromas of acacia blossom and delicate white‑flower notes, followed by fresh yellow‑stone fruit and jujube.
The palate is dry, crisp and well‑balanced: lively acidity drives through, with a touch of pleasant bitterness at the finish and subtle almond‑like undertones lingering.
Ideal chilled (8‑10 °C) and beautifully paired with shellfish, light fish dishes, white meats, or creams and lighter pasta dishes.
