A firmly structured wine with initial softness, a fresh return and excellent length, strong and lively colour indicating good body. Wine representative of the company with which we try to transmit the passion for our territory, through the hand-drawn label and with a scrupulous commitment spent in the entire production chain. Selection of grapes, vinification in steel and prolonged ageing on its yeasts give an unmistakeable fulness and personality. Straw colour with green-gold reflections, intense and complex scent with yellow flesh fruit and floral hints of acacia, with a decidedly mineral finish. Wine of great taste structure, soft impact with return of freshness and excellent persistence.
'We are pleased to announce that our Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jessi Classico Superior ''Il Priore'' has won the Three Glasses of the Vini d 'Italia 2023 guide!'
The family is the strongest bond, capable of keeping individuals together, passing on common values, building groups aimed at achieving shared results for the good of all. This great strength is the basis of the history of the Sparapani family, of the absolute and passionate dedication to its places and the excellence of its wines.
Winery work is a work of skills, customs, exchanges, experimentation, confrontation, challenge, perseverance, trust and above all passion. The grapes enter the cellar only when they have reached the ideal state of ripeness for each type of winemaking. In fact, only the best bunches become part of a game that is made up of tradition and experience in managing the processing and waiting phases.
Only through these means and processes the teamwork that characterises us allows us to obtain the most prestigious results from our grapes, whether it is the actual winemaking, the choice of times in the various phases, or the ageing of the most structured wines.
