2022 Pasetti Trebbiano Terre Aquilane Testarossa 0,75lt
The 2022 Pasetti Trebbiano Terre Aquilane Testarossa is a bright straw yellow wine with vibrant citrus and yellow fruit aromas, along with subtle flint notes. It offers excellent saltiness, minerality, refreshing acidity, a good body, and a slightly almondy aftertaste. This wine comes from the Pasetti Winery in Pescosansonesco, which has been producing wine for five generations since the 1960s. Mimmo Pasetti began bottling Montepulciano in the 1980s to celebrate his daughter's birth, creating the flagship Testarossa. The winery benefits from clay-calcareous soil and significant temperature variations, ideal for Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. Today, Mimmo and his three sons manage the winery, and their bottles proudly display the National Park logo, emphasizing their unique location.
