Perusini Ribolla Gialla Brut NV 0,75lt
The Perusini Ribolla Gialla Brut is a sparkling wine made primarily from Ribolla grapes, with Chardonnay adding body and aroma. It is produced using a long Charmat method, with three months in an autoclave. The wine benefits from grapes grown on terraced loam rock in a prime location, ensuring low yields and careful processing. Perusini vineyards are recognized among the top 50 by Luigi Veronelli in “I vignaioli storici.” The estate is currently managed by Teresa, the daughter of Giampaolo, who balances her work in art history with running the vineyard alongside her husband, Giacomo de Pace, and their three sons. This wine is known for its simplicity and fruity character.
