The calcareous lands, the mild climate and influenced by the breezes of the nearby Lake Garda, constitute a perfect habitat for native vines: Corvina, Corvinone, Croatina , Rondinella and Oseleta . The winery is the result of the experience of four generations of winemakers and the decisive encounter with Giuseppe Quintarelli, another illustrious name of Valpolicella. From that moment on, Dal Forno's work has followed the path of the search for absolute quality, with an extraordinary commitment in the vineyard to try to obtain wines that are a perfect expression of the territory and its best customs.

Maturation: Stainless steel; cotrolled temperature 28ºC ; 15 daysof pounchdowns and maceration, ageing 36 months 70% in French oak and 30% in American oak.
