2018 Feudi Del Pisciotto "Tachis" Passito 0,75lt.
The 2018 Feudi Del Pisciotto "Tachis" is a passito wine with an amber colour and intensely aromatic notes. The aromatic notes and perfect acidity stand out. A product with balanced flavours, not overly sweet and with clear hints of dried fruit, honey, and rose. James Suckling has awarded 95 points to this wine. Semillon and Gewurztraminer: two international grape varieties for a quintessentially Sicilian wine, Passito. Only the genius of Giacomo Tachis, the greatest winemaker in Italian history, could conceive of such a combination. Giacomo believed that any grape variety could be grown in Sicily, based on Galileo Galilei's concept that wine is Light (of the sun) and Mood (of the earth). A wine of extraordinary elegance, dedicated to the great Giacomo Tachis.
