To produce our Yellowfin Tuna Fillets for over 100 years we have been choosing the finest quality tuna and we process it completely in Italy, in the Maierato (VV) plant, in all its phases, following a tradition that is centuries-old in our Calabria.

After steaming the tuna, we choose the best fillets one by one and put them in jars again by hand, following strict rules of hygiene and food safety. Then we season them for a long time, to guarantee you that intense and inimitable flavor.

Callipo Tuna Fillets are the only ones with Presal Iodized Salt. Presal Iodized Salt is “protected” because, thanks to a particular technological process, it keeps the iodine content constant even after cooking and in food preparations, guaranteeing its assimilation.
