Straw yellow, light, fresh and elegant, with an intense smell, fruity with full taste, a hint of toasted hazelnut, bitter almond and spices.

The Massimo Leone Cellars are located in the centre of the Tavolieri dell Puglia, where in ancient times stood the Dana city of "Arpi" founded by Diomedes king of Etoile. Arpi was a rich and thriving city dating back to 1182 B.C., one of the most important in Magna Grecia. There are numerous historical testimonies found in the area, one above all the Hypogeum of Ganymede (Greek God) located near the estate of Massimo Leone.

Pairing Suggestions: It goes with crustaceans, scampi, molluscs, fish-based first courses, unseasoned cheeses.

Maturation: Soft pressing, fermentation in steel containers at a controlled temperature of 14°C. Ageing sur lies of 3 months in barriques.
