2013 Feudi del Pisciotto "l'Eterno" Pinot Nero
£46.00

100% Pinot nero. It’s the grand vin of the estate, inspired by Paolo Panerai and the great Giacomo Tachis who had perfect knowledge of this noble grape variety. Characterised by a limpid ruby red colour with hints of garnet; rich aroma of berries and violets with spicy and tobacco notes. A soft and full-bodied wine, with a tannin that never displays hints of bitterness and a perceptible and captivating flavour.

Feudi del Pisciotto is an old manor with 44 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG area, and a point of reference for wine lovers, thanks to wines that have won prizes all over the world. These include the Nero d'Avola Versace, which was included in the top 100 wines in the world by Wine Spectator. Alongside the top quality basic line, Linea Fico also offers the Linea Feudi del Pisciotto, a line that combines excellent quality wine with the beauty of labels created by the most important Italian Fashion Designers. L’Eterno, pinot noir in its purest form and the Grand Vin of the winery, is the symbol of the quality of the wine making project of Feudi del Pisciotto, and its commitment to social issues.

Pairing Suggestions: A wine that lends itself well to various pairings, excellent with first courses of varying degrees of succulence and second courses such as roasts or stews.

Maturation: Aging in barriques: 12 months and 6months in bottles.
