2025 Pasetti Rachele Vegan 0,75 lt
The 2025 Pasetti Rachele Vegan is a bright straw yellow wine with greenish hues and a fruity aroma. It has a full, dry, and salty taste with a refreshing citrus aftertaste, making it perfect for local Adriatic coast cuisine. The vineyards, located in Capistrano at an elevation of 450 m.a.s.l. within the Gran Sasso and Monti Della Laga National Park, benefit from significant temperature variations that enhance acidity and aromas. The sandy and pebbly soil contributes minerality and saltiness to the wine. Pasetti Winery, with a five-generation history, gained prominence in the 1960s and was recognized in the 1980s when Mimmo Pasetti introduced the Testarossa Montepulciano. Today, the winery is managed by Mimmo and his three sons, with Francesca in administration, Massimo focusing on export, and Davide overseeing production. It is the only winery in Italy authorized to display the National Park logo on its bottles.
