Cultivated exclusively on the hills of the Benevento Sannio, from olives harvested directly from our trees, Classico extra virgin olive oil is extracted cold in less than twenty-four hours. The extreme care in preservation ensures that it retains the fruity notes of the olive, in a balance of sweet notes and slight bitter-spicy scents. Fluid and yellow in colour with green reflections, it should be stored at a temperature between 12 and 16 degrees to perfectly match any dish of Mediterranean cuisine.

And so are our Classico and Primofiore, two extra virgin olive oils obtained only from cultivars grown on the hills of Sannio Beneventano, an olive production area of ancient traditions. Both cold extracted, both fruity, both bewitched.

Five generations and a strain that has its roots in the fertile soil of time. Our seed bears the name of Filippo Iacobucci. It was 1898. A man, a cellar and an oil mill. Then the 60s of the last century. Armando, son of Philip, passes the baton to his two sons: Charles and Philip.

Ours is an organic farm of ancient traditions. Gardens all around, our underground cellar of three thousand square metres and a tasting room where you can appreciate our wines accompanied by the typical local cuisine. Twenty-five hectares of vineyards processed as in the past and a microclimate that cradles the growth of native grapes: those of Sannio beneventano. Falanghina, Greco, Fiano and Aglianico.
