Their presence is absolutely undeniable, with plump pieces of dark tart cherries studding the sponge of our yeast cake. This is one of our most popular and creative varieties of Panettone. The unmatchable combination of flavors comes from the rich taste that the candied tart cherries release, followed by very persistent fragrances.
