Pairing Suggestions: These oils are ideal to cut through and brighten up dishes, such as the classic grilled bruschetta, soup, pizza, pasta, and grilled steak.
Maturation: While we love all Italian extra virgin olive oils, one of the most prized of this liquid treasure is Tuscan olive oil. Toscana produces some of the finest extra virgin olive oils on the planet. For centuries, Tuscan producers have passionately grown local olive cultivars, including Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, and Olivastra Seggianese. Following regional tradition, these olives are harvested early in the season, when the fruit is still green. While this technique produces less oil, it delivers a better taste.
